”Mongai Fushutsu” is our representative Japanese sake brand, which means “Secret Recipe” and it is not allowed to be taken outside of the Brewery.

That is because it is made by excellent sake workers with sophisticated skills, with traditions they hand down from generation to generation.
They are also produced secretly at the far side of the “Nagaya-mon (Nagaya gate) that was designated as national tangible cultural property.

Since they are still consumed at the particular area, they are still called a “Secret” or “Highly valuable “sake.
That is why “Mongai Fushutsu Junmai Ginjo 55” is the one of the best sellers in our brewery.
